I bought the wrong Hero option, what can I do?

The AirConsole Hero subscription is linked to and managed by the App Stores (Apple, Google, Amazon and Huawei) directly. AirConsole does not have access to users' payment information and can not adapt the subscription for you. As we do not refund active subscription periods, there is nothing we can do.

You can always contact the App Stores Customer Support as they might grant a refund directly within a defined time of purchase.
