Got new iphone, can I transfer data?

Hello! i jsut got a new iphone and i don't know how to trasnfer my data, can anyone help?? 

I don't want to lose my progress, i worked so hard :'(

  Hi,

  Your subscriptions are bought and linked with your App Store account from Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Amazon Appstore or Huawei App Gallery. If you get a new phone you just have to use the same App Store account on your new phone and our app will automatically check your account and unlock Hero :). If you use the same Login method as before (i.e. Apple ID), you progress can be recovered.
