Airconsole and Google Family users

Good day. I subscribed to AirConsole and as I have a Google Family account I thought my account with you would be available to my family. My daughter starting using it saw a message saying that she needs a hero account to play. How do I open my subscription to my family to use when I am out?

  Thank you for reaching out! Depending on the location, it can be possible that this feature is not available and the subscription can not be shared. This is decided by the App Stores terms. I will write you a mail in a second to address this in more detail.
