Games are not visible or loading

Please try the following steps when games are not loading:

• Restart AirConsole
• Close the AirConsole App on your phone and restart it.
• Refresh the console device (browser, AirConsole car App, or AirConsole TV App).
• Connect your phone again to your AirConsole console device.
• Reinstall the AirConsole App on your phone
• Playing on PC: Use Google Chrome
• Playing on TV: Download the AirConsole TV App
• Playing on Car: Ensure you are located in a place with good mobile data and general connection. (e.g underground car garages might cause bad connection).
• If you still encounter issues, check your internet connection on your phones and PC with the free website www.speedtest.net
