Hero Subscription Not Showing Up

If you've purchased AirConsole Hero but it's not showing as active, work through these steps in order.

First, check where it should appear

• On your console (TV/PC): connect your phone. The console should switch from "AirConsole" to "AirConsole Hero," and your profile photo should show a blue circle around it.
• On the mobile app: open the menu. It should say "You are an AirConsole Hero," with the same blue circle on your profile photo.

Step 1: Quick fixes

• Restart the AirConsole App on your phone
• Refresh/restart the console device (TV or PC)
• Reconnect your phone to the console

If that doesn't fix it, continue below.

Step 2: Confirm the purchase went through

Check your app store's subscription manager to confirm Hero is active and billed:

• Android: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions
• iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
• Amazon: Amazon App Store → Your Apps & Games → Subscriptions

If it's not listed as active there, the purchase didn't go through. Repeat the purchase in Buy AirConsole Hero.

Step 3: Restore the purchase in AirConsole

Android:

1. Confirm you're signed into the Google Play account used for the purchase
2. Delete and reinstall the AirConsole App
3. Create a profile (Google account or Guest) and continue to screen selection
4. Fully close and restart the app
5. Check the menu for "You are an AirConsole Hero"

iOS:

1. Confirm the subscription is active in the Apple App Store
2. Delete and reinstall the AirConsole App
3. Create a profile and continue to screen selection
4. Force close and restart the app
5. Open the menu, select "Get AirConsole Hero," then tap Restore previous purchase
6. Wait about 2 minutes, then restart the app and check the menu again

• A screenshot from your app store's subscription manager showing the subscription is active, including the renewal date
