If you do not have the payment methods from your App store, here are additional ones:

Pay with cash at Google Play Store

You can add cash to your "Play balance" at selected convenience stores. Please note that the convenience store might charge some additional fees.

Instruction:

Open payment methods

Scroll down and select "Buy Google Play Credits at ....". You can see there the available convenience stores at your location (i.e. Oxxo in Mexico).
Choose the credit amount you want to add
If this is your first time, add your name and postal code. Tap "Get payment code"
Take the payment code and go to your convenience store to redeem it

Currently, you’ll only get this option if:

You have the latest Google Play app
You’re located in any of the countries listed below:
- Mexico
- Indonesia
- Japan
- Malaysia

Gift cards

You can buy gift cards at various stores for all app stores. They can be bought online and some also at retailers. You can do this for yourself or as a gift for others. The gift card can be added to your app store account balance to buy apps and subscriptions like AirConsole Hero.

Huawei AppGallery

For Huawei so far as we know, there are no gift cards outside the AppGallery. You can not buy them at your local stores or in other online store.
