If you purchased an active Hero subscription but the app isn’t recognizing it, follow these steps to restore your subscription:
For Android devices (Google Play Store).

Verify the Correct Google Account
- Click here to open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Ensure you're signed in with the account that has the active AirConsole Hero subscription.
- Switch accounts if needed.

Check for a Valid Hero Subscription
- Click here to open your Google Play subscriptions.
- Confirm that AirConsole Hero is listed as an active subscription.

Restore the Subscription in the App
- Reinstall the AirConsole app.
- Launch the app and create a profile:
- Use your Google account to preserve game statistics, or
- Continue as a guest.
- Proceed to the “On what screen do you want to play?” screen.
- Kill the app (do not minimize or background it).
- Start the app again.

Verify valid subscription in the app
- After restarting, tap the hamburger menu in the top-right corner.
- If the subscription has been restored correctly, you should see:
“You are an AirConsole Hero” instead of the option to buy it - "Get AirConsole Hero".
For iOS devices (Apple App Store):

Check for a Valid Hero Subscription
- Click here to open the purchased subscriptions.
- Confirm that AirConsole Hero is listed as an active subscription.

Restore the Subscription in the App
- Delete and reinstall the AirConsole app from the App Store.
- Launch the app and create a profile:
- Use your Apple ID to preserve game statistics, or
- Continue as a guest.
- Proceed to the “On what screen do you want to play?” screen.
- Kill the app (do not minimize or background it).
- Start the app again.
- Click the hamburger menu in the top right corner. Select the "Get AirConsole Hero"
- On the “Unlock AirConsole Hero” screen, tap “Restore previous purchase” at the bottom.
- Wait approximately 2 minutes.
- Restart the app.

Verify valid subscription in the app
- After restarting, tap the hamburger menu in the top-right corner.
- If the subscription has been restored correctly, you should see:
“You are an AirConsole Hero” instead of the option to buy it - "Get AirConsole Hero".

- The email address used in the application store (Google Play or Apple App Store) to purchase the subscription.
- A screenshot from the application store showing your AirConsole Hero subscription details (e.g., active status, renewal date, etc.).
