Manage your subscription
Your Hero subscription is bought and linked with your phones App Store account. To access or change your Hero subscription, you will have to open your App Store account settings.

Your Hero subscription and profile created on the app are independent from each other. If you lost access to your profile using Facebook, Apple ID or your Google Account, your Hero subscription will not be affected.
Changed your phone?
No worries! If you still have access to the same App Store and App Store account you bought Hero with, your subscription can be restored.
But, if your new phone does not support the same App Store anymore, you lost access to all purchases made with it. By the terms and conditions of the App Stores, they do not support transferring purchases. Unfortunately, this means your AirConsole Hero subscription will be lost!
As the subscriptions are linked with your App Store account, you can also use it on different devices as long as the same app store account is logged in on the device.
